OLIVE-BLACK WOOLY BUGGER FLY
The Wooly Bugger fly is the most recognizable, and likely the most commonly fished streamer fly ever tied. The wooly bugger fly attracts fish in fast or slow water, rivers, ponds, and lakes, in dirty water or spring creeks.
A few great ways to fish the wooly bugger is on its own by trolling with it on lakes or ponds. My favorite is banking it off the trees or grass of streams and river banks.
Another great way to use them is in euro nymphing rig setups or Czech nymphing setups.
It imitates crayfish, minnows, leeches, and many other natural foods trout love. This streamer fly fishing pattern is a classic that you simply can't be without.
