I fish the DesChutes River in Central Oregon most. This finds the bottom in swift runs quickly & stays there. Literally if you're not paying attention. Used with great success on the Brooks & unnamed streams in Alaska as well as the Rogue Rogue. Favorite down-under!!

I recently took a trip to the Great Smoky Mountains in early July. I hired a guide because I'm from Florida and not familiar with trout fishing in mountain streams. The guide suggested that I use these nymphs because of the fast water due to recent rains. The extra weight really put the flies where I needed them and I was able to catch several quality trout with it being about 50/50 which fly they would go for. These are well made flies and apparently look very real to who it matters most, the fish.

caught two Rainbows with them on the Middle Prong of the Pigeon the next day. Look forward to trying them this Winter on the Caney Fork.

I bought more of these because I lost the 3 that come with the 121 case I bought. They work really well.
